Casting and grinding are loud and hot. Hearing protection and closed-toe shoes are required if you'd like a behind-the-scenes look. Email [email protected] a few days in advance to arrange.
A note on phone calls: we don't run a phone line for customer service. We've found that email lets us answer thoughtfully and keeps a written record of every conversation, which makes warranty claims and order tracing dramatically easier on both ends. The lack of a call queue is a feature, not a limit — your message goes to the front of an actual person's inbox, not a hold loop.
